The fountain, restaurants, office building and garage at the Washinton Harbour were flooded on April 18th as the flood walls were not closed Sunday evening before the Potomac River continued to rise to a peak on Monday.

Hmm... I had this dream on March 25 where trees around Potomac were half-way submerged under water, but it looked to be during fall season... Hopefully it was just a dream, ’cause if there is another flood in the fall, the restaurant owners who are now rebuilding will have to face another setback…

geee, I think I am in trouble , I forgot to put up the wall . Well you see it was an accident, I put up half the wall then something came up or should I say walked by
and boy was she cute so i got so distracted that I forgot to put up the rest of the wall.
