The KFX450R is a proven and reliable 450cc class machine with fantastic suspension adjustability and has loads of hop-up potential. Track or trail, this ATV will not disappoint.

  • soooo...... how was it?

  • i am dissapointed, how was it a review?

  • Cool vid

  • I have a 2008 with all the aftermarket parts and I love this bike. Well its not as wide as some it does everthing very well. Motocross woods riding just a great ALLAROUND atv.. Loads of bottom end power!!!

  • @XWumpaXXFlicKX - Due to the nature of my job, I don't have a machine of my own in the garage at the moment. I'm lucky enough that I get to ride whatever is new. However, if I could choose one to keep (I'm more of a utility quad/UTV guy) the new RZR XP 900 is awesome. As for sport quads I'll admit the 450 machines are a little too race-specific for me. The Z400 or Raptor 250R is probably more my speed.

  • @atvdotcom yea haha it pulls you around quite a bit. its a good quad, i did mess with my gearing a little bit for its not quite as harsh. what quad do you have?

  • @XWumpaXXFlicKX - If you listen to all the naysayers on the Internet you'll just drive yourself nuts. How do you like the KTM. I've never been on it myself (didn't get that assignment), but I've heard it can be a little harsh since it's tuned so much for racing.

  • @atvdotcom true it just pisses me off all these kids that think they know so much about quads or dirtbikes. i have a ktm 450 xc and a raptor 660. and before anyone calls me a rich snob, i saved up for both for like 5 years. and since the raptor is a higher displacement it is much faster in the higher powerband, but the ktm will wreck my raptor in trail riding or tracks. i wish i could go out there and ride with you guys sometime

  • @XWumpaXXFlicKX - It's not as simple as that. Sure the Raptor 700 will beat the KFX in a straight line race and it's got more top speed, but if you're talking about riding on a track or in tight, technical terrain the KFX and any of the other 450cc machines will reign supreme. That said, the Raptor is way more comfortable. Those 450 machines are so geared towards racing that they can make for a long day in the saddle.

  • @jayHS53 it obviously wont since a raptor 700 is 250cc bigger dumbass
