  • Damn, you stay on the ball better than anyone.

  • Thanks.

  • do you have the video of yourself throwing hammer at wake forest?

  • No.

  • The circle at NCAA's was nice. Not too fast, nor too slow. The moistening is the same deal as wetting a towel to wipe on the bottom of your feet. 'Cept my way is more hardcore and cost efficient, haha. Jake is doing better. He will begin turns and med ball releases this week.

  • hahah, that they are.

  • what drills do you do to get your right down faster at 180? you catch it perfect.

  • sick!

  • Walter,

how do you feel about Conor throwing 260 in North Carolina? I was there and it was an intense throw!! I wish you two the best of luck at worlds and with the rest of your careers.

  • hey walter, long time no see. hope your enjoying everything, nice job thus far.

  • speaking of "glass slippers", I noticed in the Macthrowvideo NCAA clip that you didn't moisten the soles of your shoes, but in "this" clip it seems like you are doing it, which I first saw from your HS clips....how come NCAA didn't need that extra moistening?

Keep throwing for the sky, keep throwing well! How is Jake Freeman doing with his injury from USATF??
