@MrPacMan36 hmm wow, i never knew it was a diet version of revolution, no wonder it tasted so good, but then again i only had like 2 sips of revolution in 2008 so its hard to remember the taste, the diet taste of ultra violet still kinda ruined it for me, all diet mtn dew's are just.....not good lol and yes baja blast is amazing, taco bell pwns lol

Yeah :(. Baja Blast has a slightly similar taste to it, and Ultra Violet (the limited time violet diet Mountain Dew) was a diet version of Revolution. I didn't know that until after, but I swore Ultra Violet was amazing and was literally thinking of going diet on that for a while. But the consumer wasn't into it too much. :'(

From a person that grew up in the era of Jimi Hendrix I think using his Star Spangle Banner for a piece of sh*t Dew commercial is a descecration to all who lived the 60's & 70's. It totally goes against what these people and Jimi was all about. I think it should be taken off the air. What an insult and a slap in the face to all who "Experienced" this time in American history.

@Heilig402 cool story bro but you are wrong were they against big names and "the man" yes but they were very much all for freedom of speech so using this song in the commercial is an obvious right of free speech (which is something they stood for)
