No Hard Hats Required Achievement Without Glitching

It's pretty simple to do, just go out to the spillway at Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory. At the far edge there are three pips, two half pips and one full. Get in the full one and start pumping (Right Trigger). I got it on my first try, but, some may not be as lucky as I am.
