@ichigofan241 don't worry he won't, in an interview he said that he was planning for quite a bit longer story line like a few years more

if he doesn't bring Rukia back than Tite Kubo is gonna lose ALOT of fans, Rukia is the second (I believe) favorite character on bleach all together

if he never gets his powers back (I HIGHLY doubt, his dad got his powers back didn't he?) then bleach has NO future, or even if rukia never comes back bleach is dead ^_^
