  • Two problems with this grill worth mentioning.....There are no replacement parts available. Also it has no cover over the burners where the drippings can smoke and burn to give that true BBQ taste. The drippings drip directly on the burner and after a couple of uses the burner gets clogged up. Cool looking grill but not a good design for a BBQ. It is made from thin painted steel which can discolor the top if you are cooking hot with the lid down.

  • @Tropiccafe Thanks for the info, it's useful for people to know the downsides as well.

  • How do you tell the cooking temperature? For example, you might need to cook something at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then turn the heat down to 350. How can you do this with the O-Grill?

  • @1mysteryman There is no thermometer on this BBQ. It's more of a portable, quick and easy model rather than a precision grill.

  • Thanks for posting. Seems like a great grill for tailgating. Have you had any problems with it so far?

  • Never had a moment's problem with it, still brilliant- of course it's too cold to use it in the UK now for another 6-7 months.

  • @Tropiccafe I disagree. I have a similar Weber (Q300) and It is absolutely no big deal and the burners rarely get "clogged" up in my 3 years of using it. As you can see in the pics the grill area covers the burners as on my Weber. Your comments lead me to believe you have not actually used this grill, so I wanted to post this from a long time user of a similar Weber and one who has used the O Grill grill a few times now.

  • Great review. Thank you.

  • @1mysteryman Great point. It would have bee hard for the company to stick an old school thermometer on the top.

  • Great video and great barbecue. Lightweight, versatile and an original design! We currently have these available for £70 less than RRP! Just £85!

  • Brought an O-Grill for the summer this year. Been used for numerous festivals, beach bbq's, home use etc....only complaint is it does take a while to make a brew on! Well worth buying.
