REAL Trends, a leading real estate industry organization, has once again ranked Windermere Real Estate as the largest regional real estate brand in the Western United States and the third largest real estate brand in the nation. This ranking is featured in the 2006 REAL Trends 500 report and is based on our network of 292 offices, 8,079 agents and more than $35 billion in 2005 sales volume. This video shows just a few of the reasons why!
Video is nice, but the company doesn't matter much when hiring an agent. There are good and bad agents in most companies. We are all independent contractors.

Yes, we are all independent contractors and in that respect you must always follow the age old adage of "buyer beware." However, by having the solidity of the leading residential real estate network in the West, you also gain security and peace of mind while making what is considered one of the most important purchases of your life. By utilizing the services of a Windermere agent, you know that there is a long history of satisfied clients to ease your worries.

I would like to saying something nice about Windermere Real Estate too but they do not cut their commission.

I'm truly sorry you feel this way. It's my opinion that if you want to enjoy the safety and comfort of working with a FULL service agent, you would not be concerned about cutting their commission. As they say, "you get what you pay for." If you cut the commission, you can probably expect to get a cut in the amount of service provided as well. Real estate may be the most important & expensive decision one will make in their lifetime & "bargain shopping" could cost you even more in the long run.
