Video is nice, but the company doesn't matter much when hiring an agent. There are good and bad agents in most companies. We are all independent contractors.

I'm truly sorry you feel this way. It's my opinion that if you want to enjoy the safety and comfort of working with a FULL service agent, you would not be concerned about cutting their commission. As they say, "you get what you pay for." If you cut the commission, you can probably expect to get a cut in the amount of service provided as well. Real estate may be the most important & expensive decision one will make in their lifetime & "bargain shopping" could cost you even more in the long run.

Remember that you may think working with a full services is expensive, but not nearly as expensive as working with limited services broker. It is very true you get what you pay for.
