You just can play this on flutes. The music loses its whole nobility. Theres a reason Handel score for hornpipes.

This was NOT scored for hornpipes, but for a whole baroque orchestra! "Hornpipe" is what you call a piece written in a special type of rhytm that was typical for old hornpipe-melodies. "Alla hornpipe" is italian and could be directly translated into "in the manner of the hornpipe".

I have never heard this piece played with only flutes, but you all are extremely talented and it sounded GREAT!
