  • HAHAHAHA YES I LOVE THIS MELODY!

  • μπραβο κ. Βαρελα, πολυ καλο!

  • @Baruchyoseph8: I'd add to ToulBoi's that there are teachers like Trevor Wye who dislike this. I think there are technical reasons as well as cultural. The flute is difficult to articulate, requires an awkward body position and is the only wind instrument with no resistance to breath. Notice the great articulation these folks achieve: part is surely the physical energy we see here. Movement can compensate a bit. See Jen Cluff on this: search "jen cluff moving playing".

  • @Baruchyoseph8 I'd assume its a natural thing that happens when one is heavily engaged in the music; ie. musicality. It could also be a cultural/traditional thing, rooting from a previous generation's musicality.

  • very beautiful! :)

  • Well this is my 6th year playing the flute, but I am no where near this good. I was in a church quartet, and was just amazed at how good the tonguing is. I bet you guys spend most of your day on this stuff and months upon months to get the tonguing as near perfect as possible... Wish I could here more then just what is here on youtube of y'all.

  • wonderful! I wish I could play like that...........but then again, it's only my second year playing the FLUTE! :)

  • super !!!

  • lovely - why do flautists always bob their heads ?... just curious.
