Yeah i agree, it's arrogance it's maybe unearned...but reminds me a lot of Asashoryu.
I like to think it's confidence and not arrogance ^^

envelopes containing cash - 60,000yen (or about $600), altho only 30,000yen goes directly to the wrestler. 5,000yen is kept for expenses and the other 25,000yen is saved in a fund for the wrestler to pay his year-end taxes. The money is from the sponsors that pay for the banner ads that circle the ring before a match. No TV commercials on NHK.

I really like Kisenosato...but i see him always starting slow (against better opponents) and then come back in the second half of the tournament against easier opponents..
What do you think about him?

I'm actually not a fan - I think he has a big chip on his shoulder - a lot of unearned arrogance. But he is starting to be more consistent and many Japanese will tell you that he is the best hope in the near future for a new Japanese yokozuna. We'll see....
