My condolences go out to the family, and ive made sure yall seen the footage before anyone else. Now the public can see the lack of response by the York City Police Department

Due process starts when the police read him his rights. Since he chose, and I stress the word chose, to run like a little baby, he deprived himself of due process. The police have the RIGHT, and I stress that word, to stop, question, and detain anyone who they might believe, with probable cause, is in the process of committing a crime. His due process was forfeited by himself.

@MrFenderbender5 Codes, Statutes, Rules, Regulations are NOT "Law"...The Constitution IS the Supreme Law of the Land, and anything contrary to it is NULL n VOID. Learn to follow the law??? What you think "law" is, it's not - have you read all 40THOUSAND "laws" passed by Congress in 2011? I didn't think so...

Good luck with following "law" when you don't even know what law is or how many laws there are.

One day, when you experience violation of your rights (and you will experience it-there's no doubt about it), I truly hope someone will be there to stand for you.

@cici020 Hidden talent? Ok. Just spend an afternoon at York High when the kids get out and tell me how educated they are, an act. York High is one of the 10 worst high schools in the state and nation! It's a fact. I can send you the link and the numbers. Anyone that gets the chance gets the hell out of York City as fast as they possibly can! Crime rate per person is highest in the state! Just listen to how the guy recording refers to people as "niggers" & how he speaks. Typical York city trash.

The cops violated the Law, violated his Rights, violated his family's Rights, and violated the public trust (ha-as if that truly exists these days) within 2 minutes of their unlawful actions and unlawful use of force.

Everyone of them should be fired and have treason charges brought against them for violating the Constitution.

@daobesebeast fuck you.. york is full of hidden talent, people just tend to make foolish choices, it can get ghetto but thats all ya wanna look at, the smuts, the dropouts, the people on welfare. no one looks at the people who turn their lives around and make something out of themselves, you all wanna look at the negative, if we was sooo uneducated then no one would be graduating from york high, or going to hacc or penn state.IM DONE...I LOVE YC!!!!!
