  • another GREAT lesson! thanks Jin!

  • no problemo, peace!

  • If I don't have a friend that could help me practicing this techniques,is there another way to learn them?

  • you can practice on anything with a straight limb, obviously a wooden dummy would be ideal, but be creative and see what you can come up with.

  • Nice drill, but I don't believe that fak sao can catch a realistic punch.

  • whether you catch the punch with a fuk or not is not important, it's about "defending your center" which is the real value of fuk sau.

because you are right, some boxers are very fast and retreat the hand quickly. so never try focusing on their hands, focus on adhering to the concepts and principles that make wing chun work.

  • this guy says ok alot in this vid.lol good teacher very inportent info i didnot know this stuff.

  • you have explained the basic outline of fok sau quite well, however my only critique is that the position and shape of your hand could use a re-adjustment, the most effective fuk sao is NOT with the side of the palm being parallel to the ground(as displayed in this video) thats actually incorrect

  • you can definitely FUK SAUmbody out!!! woooooowatata!!!!

  • @chinaboxer Can you please do a session on combinations?

  • thank you Jin for your teaching and dedication. I was taught before using Pak Sau to defend a high straight punch ( to the face), but I feel that Pak Sau may miss a fast punch, using Fuk Sau ,not only save energy, but also has a better chance to catch the punch. thanks.

  • @ TheSrx1 stupidity is not the worst, arrogance and ignorance are the worst, and you get both.

  • @TheSrx1 do you realize the difference between thai/western boxers, and wing chun guys? do you realize that wing chun people are usually just practitioners and that boxers are trained FIGHTERS? theres a difference between practitioners and fighters. boxing and muay thai is made for the ring, and its a sport fight by heart. wing chun isnt. youre talking too much stupid shit

  • @TheSrx1 Except for the fact that Jin teaches privately for his friends and people he know at a health club after work. He's stated that he doesn't charge for his training, and the only money he gets from doing this is from donations in his website (in which you don't even need to go to). Learn to make a point from something other than ignorance.

  • we gonna look at wing chun.. OK how to fuk sau OK now OK were gonna train OK so do this OK and its good OK so just practise OK and youll get better OK. OKAY.MMMK.

  • @chinaboxer I think something missing here.It is or it is not important the fuk sau.U can defend the center without fuk sau, so what is for?
