  • hi will people be able to notice that ive done my chin if i also am diong my nose?

  • @2010ScienceFair that all depends on so many factors. hard to answer like that.

  • So chin implants come in different sizes right..I just want a subtle but noticibe result is that possibe?..I don't want a Jay leno chin or a witch's

  • @Yellolove19 yes, different sizes but the important thing is to find an experienced surgeon and a chin implant that is extended anatomic not a button style. no lenos here.

  • Hello Dr. Lam,

Can you share what size and type of implant you used on the patient of this video?

    Thanks

  • @glitzeez i honestly do not recall. but it was an anatomically extended type, which i use for all of my cases.

  • no, the fat is gone. we have a certain # of fat cells after adolescence that we maintain. they just get bigger or smaller in size. the reason that some individuals claim that their fat 'grows" on some other part of the body after body liposuction is that they start to get sloppy in their eating habits now that the fat has been suctioned out of a certain body area and they are now having fat grow where it was not suctioned. hope that is clear.

  • Certain areas of the body have a specific amount of fat. Now what happens when a transfer takes place? I mean, the body was not used to having the amount of fat that we gave it (for instance here, is the chin). So, doesn't it tend to return back to it's "normal" state by burning that unnecessary fat? Or it just "gets used to it"? Same for the part that we took the fat from. Isn't it replenished?
