I have a question about one of your products: What are the official ways to lock and unlock the security box (the kind that doesn't use a combination)? Mine seems to only want to lock and unlock at random times.

@littlegreengamer apologies for the delayed response. The official way to lock and unlock products with key locks is to use the key that accompanied the product you have purchased. If you lost your key, please give us a call. We would be happy to send you a replacement.
