  • Jay Smith: TRUTH IS THIS:

1- Quran never denies nailing of Jesus on Cross but denies his death on Cross

2- Quran never says, tht someone else took his place on Cross

3- Quran makes it so clear as is sun on sky tht Thu Jesus survived death on Cross but was died at very old age & dead never return.

4- Authentic Hadiths [not gorged ones] also confirm tht Jesus is died.

Fanatics twist Quran and Hadith to support their unsound believes.

Pls refer to the great page that I have posted already

  • Dr. Mohd. Asad writes in comments about verse 3:55, & 4:158:

Cf. 3:55, where God says to Jesus, "Verily, I shall cause thee to die, and shall exalt thee unto Me." The verb rafa ahu (lit., "he raised him" or "elevated him") has always, whenever the act of raf’ ("elevating") of a human being is attributed to God, the meaning of "honouring" or "exalting".

Nowhere in the Qur’an is there any warrant for the popular belief that God has "taken up" Jesus bodily, in his lifetime, into heaven.

  • @Amrruk

Translation by One of the most Qualified & most UNBIASED Quanic Scholar Dr. Mohammad Asad:

3:55 (Asad) Lo! God said: "O Jesus! Verily, I shall CAUSE THEE TO DIE, and shall exalt thee unto Me, and cleanse thee of [the presence of] those who are bent on denying the truth; and I shall place those who follow thee [far] above those who are bent on denying the truth, unto the Day of Resurrection. In the end, unto Me you all must return, and I shall judge between you .........

  • @PurgingFalsehood Allah explicitly says he will cause Jesus to die then elevate him to His presence in Sura Al Imrane 3:55:

God said: "O Jesus, I will let you die (Mutawafeeka), and raise you (wa Rafiiuka) to Me, and cleanse you of those who have rejected, and make those who have followed you above those who rejected until the Day of Resurrection; then to Me is your return so I will judge between all of you in what it was that you disputed."

  • @PfanderFilms Hello Mr. Jay Smith ! I was surprised you havn't mentioned one Sura about the death of Jesus.

The Coran explicitely says that Allah will cause Jesus to die and then elevate (or exalt) him to Him in Sura Al Imrane 3:55:

«When Allah said: O Jesus, I will cause thee to die and exalt thee in My presence and clear thee of those who disbelieve and make those who follow thee above those who disbelieve to the day of Resurrection...»

  • this is how you find the errors in the bible...

see the accounts of one person. mark luke john ect . .

then see the same accounts of someone else of the same account and youll find there would be many insetsy ini.. for example one person would say he said this.. anoyther would say compltry something else..

one person would say he said nothign when he was on the cross and die that way. another wouls say he said my father ect .. also go on my page and youll see many listed in the infos

  • @munktorp - Here we go with the typical acontextual, eisegetical reading of Biblical verses to support the Islamic paradigm.

  • Alright let's talk about the crucifixion. I'd like to talk about any Christian religious fairytales you want.

  • The early Christians beliefs that Jesus was not Crucified, truth of Quran become clear=QR: But they killed him not but so it was made to apear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubt, with no certain knowledge, but only conjecture to follow.for a surety they killed him not

Mark 7:8 you leave the commandement of God,and hold fast the tradation of men Corinthains 15:15 becoz we testified of God that he RAISED CHRIST whom he did not raise if it true that the dead are not raised
