I made this video because so many suffer right in our own back yard. Good, honest people lose their homes due to the economy, and our veterans come home often traumatized, eventually ending up homeless. Innocent animals are left to the streets when their owners cannot care for them anymore due to job losses and they don't know how to fend for themselves. Starvation is rampant in our own back yard, yet no one holds telethons for our own and no famous movie stars speak out all over the television trying to enlist help. Charity should start in our own country. Help fix the problems here before we fix everyone else's. This is dedicated to all of America's poor, sick, and suffering.

  • this is why i shop at my local st. vincent depauls thrift store. 100%of their profits goes to the food pantry in the next building and the soup kitchen. america is a very wasteful country.anything i think is reusable for another i donate. dumpster dive and trash day picking,to give to those in need.it is also a country of disposable people. we no longer value our elderly, veterans,or those that could be productive if only given a hand up, not just a hand out.thanks for this vid

  • @momzilla57 Thank you momzilla57, I agree. We are very wasteful and wallow in consumerism. I love auctions, estate/garage sales and thrift stores myself. I feel bad to support corporations who victimize others. I love antiques and can't get them in a newfangled store anyway. I'd rather find a deal and re-upolster it myself! I also get a lot of books that way. Without people like us they would go in the trash. People today can be homeless through no fault of their own. I'm grateful I'm not.

  • People need to stand up and make change how is god going to help people who are homeless?.

  • @SeekerTruth2012 I don't know, that's why people should try to help themselves and each other. Easier said than done these days though.

  • Thanks for this eye opening video. I almost did something stupid hoping to bring change to this country but realize now people honestly don't care

  • @SeekerTruth2012 What were you going to do? There could still be hope. I've pretty much accepted that things will only get worse and the people are castrated into being docile, but there could still be hope.
