I can't tell you how much I LOVE this song. I saw it at the show Boston and have been obsessed with it ever since. Thank you for posting it! It is the only way I can hear it. I was pretty sad to learn that it is not on his latest album :(

I saw him perform this song at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. The whole show was beautiful; he did a double encore! Love Ray, he's one of the best singer/songwriters of our time.

Me too!! I purchased the album yesterday and disappointed that "Roses & Cigarettes" wasnt on it. I saw him live in Indianapolis and fell in love w/ this song. So, I found it on iTunes and purchased a whole other copy. LOL He is so worth it!!

Thanks so much! I had bought the cd earlier(from a store) AND just purchased another whole copy from Itunes just to get the song! Crazy but I guess you can't have too much Ray!
