The Point about the free kick Italy scored from was that it was Scotlands freekick in the 1st place cos Alan Hutton was blatently fouled however for some Strange reason the ref decided to give it to Italy,Euro 2008 was poorer for Scotland not being there after all we couldnt have played as badly as the French.So Ecappa0020 beat it.

So you think that the free kick given to Italy in the last minute was approximating anything other than a Scotland free kick? Something was rotten in Denmark that night.All the other talking points were marginal decisions.That was one of the two worst decisions I have ever seen in all my years as a football fan.We deserved a draw and the chance to keep our chances alive (Ukraine to take points from France in last game) May not have happened but we were robbed for sure imo.

Some people thaink that UEFA want big teams to go through so that's why Scotland failed to qualify. But isn't it true that Scotland slipped up against Georgia a few days before the Italy match? I suppose that UEFA are to blame for that poor result too?
