THEREFORE OF COURSE GTA CAUSED THE CRIME! That's why everyone who plays GTA commits such crimes.
Wait....
And yes, I understand what the uploader is saying in that top comment, but then it's clearly an exception, not a rule, and so should be treated as such.

I disagree with his point about Postal 2. Postal 1, was just "kill as many as possible", but Postal 2 is only as violent as the player. It allows the player to go through the entire game without even firing a gun. Its mostly just do whatever you want and the game is only as sick as the player. For me, games like the ones mentioned in the video are just purely stress relief and fun but I'm not speaking for anyone else.

May i just say, I play video games alot, I play The most Voilent, Harmful video games on my console including GTA, you name it. However i have had permission to buy these games off my parents, and to be honest with you after Hours and Hours of Gameplay, i really dont want to be a criminal, Sex offender, Drug dealer or any one of them, you just have to have a mind. And if you think about it, Why do i go to school? to get Education, Job, Money ETC. thats why i never let video games interfere.

Seriously though, out of the tens of millions of people who play video games only a few isolated incidents occurred with (at best) only a slight correlation to video games. You may as well blame art schools for WW2.

It's true, my favorite video game is Skyrim, and all I do irl is yell at people and shoot them in the knees with curved swords.

Arventex, most people who are apparently well-adjusted like yourself won't be affected by violent video games. However, as Abanes points out, there are a few people who can and are influenced by such games, and so, for this reason, they can be dangerous for some people.
