  • all you have to do is go 90 degrees, well thats atleast what i do haha, i suppose if you want alot of depth you could do that too

  • Why is the barbell tied to a machine? The barbell stays lifted when you release it, which has to mean that there is more weight on the machine then there is on the bar. WTF?

Anyway, you lean too much forward to be able to go ATG. Your back should be straight, ass touching your heels.

  • lmao why are you listening to a turbo tax comercial?

  • First looked good, the rest were just about parallel. You will thank yourself for going nice and deep later, it really helps.

  • asshole

  • not deep enough

    :D

  • Don't feel bad with 170 and don't feel pressured. we all start somewhere, even the thick meatheads screamin "I do 500 man!". Your form is good, but dont lock out your knees at the top of the motion as it takes pressure off your muscles and impacts your knee joint. Remember, all good things to those who wait!!!

  • Go way deeper ,all the way down to the duckwalk position.Still not bad.
