Best version of this song on Youtube, and it's one of my favorite Mendelssohn pieces. I think the tempo could be slowed slightly, which might make some passages a bit easier to articulate clearly. Beautiful playing!

You have ability but why so mechanical? Stop and think about the tonal variations and work on technique so that you have romantic light and shade. It all sounds frantically rushed and has nothing of a "song" manner. It is such a pity because you could do so much better. I would get another teacher who can help you.
