  • You guys are good shots - y'all gotta come up here and teach us PA guys how to shoot like that!

I wouldn't mind hunting some groundhogs myself - I hunt deer but small game seems to be easier . That is, if you can find it!

  • Thanks for the compliment!

Groundhog hunting requires a lot of patience... like any other form of hunting. But if you can get good at hitting a small target, think how easy it would be to hunt deer! It's very good practice...

  • Are they pests?

  • Groundhog holes cause injury to livestock when they break their legs stepping in the holes. Then the animal has to be killed, you dont rehabilitate an animal with broken legs! It costs the farmer alot of money. Damage to farm equipment is very common and costly also. Groundhogs are classified as a destructive species. There is a very good reason for this! Think about the cost to the farmers, and injury to their livestock.

  • hay I'm all in favor of blastin groundhogs any chance I get, I just don't think it is all that "interesting" to use a cannon with lazer sights and then call it a good shot...well no kidding, does the groundhog have a chance to get under your skin at all, does it even become a challenge or a thrill to kill...or just "bang....yep got another one, oh well" just my opinion......

  • Cannon? are you kidding?! Next time, I will load my pockets with rocks and throw them at the 'hogs. That'll work!

Laser sights? What the hell are you talking about? Do you see a laser sight on that rifle? Laser sights are for defensive pistols, not long range hunting rifles.

And the "challenge" is being able to hit such a small target at increasingly further and further distances. As for the "thrill to kill", if you shoot groundhogs because it gives you a "thrill to kill" then you're an idiot.

  • woohoo bring on the lil bastards

  • I have a .223 Remington 700 with a Hart barrel accurate as hell. and a Remington700 06 action changed into a 6.5X284 with a hart barrel too..they are both the death ray for yotes and chucks but the 6.5 is deadly when it comes to deer if I can see it,its dead.

A-MAX all the way..If you set up a dead woodchuck like he is looking around they will come out sooner.

  • Can't wait until warm weather hits again. Looking forward to hunting some groundhogs that have been causing my neighbor's problems. I have recently gotten into hand loading, so I'm going to load some 110 grain HP's in my 300 Win Mag. Then I'll use my 22 Magnum and .22lr for those that stick closer to barns and such.

    Fun stuff, nice video.

  • 412speaker your such a dick
