Video features previous and new records. Pat Bush breaks the record to become Alberta's fastest tree planter. Amazingly he does this in more difficult terrain than the previous record holder and as a rookie. He was also unaware the video was being filmed. Alberta, Canada.

  • this is funny. it's always fun to think about how much money we'd all be making if planting was a sprint and not a marathon.

  • how much per tree on that block? the rookie block not the field of mud with the golf course in the back!

  • Alberta Canada it is common to hit 4000 if you are a fast planter, I commonly broke 5000. my personal best was 7155 in 10 hours. no bull.

  • haha rookie constapation

  • that wasnt 90 seconds that was like 15

  • *digs holes* *gets a bomber* *fills bombay doors with tree seeds* *bombs holes* I WIN

  • @clivecooney A good average is $400 a day. so usually 2-3k depending on the land but ballers can bring in waaay more. Our camp ballers had a few 800-900 dollar days!!! average land is 17cents. usually less though :S

  • @clivecooney My pb's 5200 - it was a 11 hour day and good land.. the other company i worked at had 2 supposed legends who planted 9500 each - dont see how they did it without stashing but they are fast planters.

  • hes so green and cute :)

  • @cliveconey in canada we vary quite a bit...my pb is 3700 but Ive heard of up to 7000 in my camps (those days were extended, maybe 10+ hours of planting). Its very common for hiballers, and vets in general, to hit 3k most days with good land, and 4-5k in great land.

  • ok guys, so how many are you planting in a day? i work in scotland, normally on steep clearfell with brash and crap all over it, non cultivated ground, and i plant about 2650 on a very good day (8 hours), the most anyone has ever planted is 3400. i wana see what you guys in the rest of the world consider a good day? please, no bull s****, im genuinly intrested.
