oh, but we only sold groceries, cereal, meat etc, it was a food store, nd it had shampoo etc, mini toys.

Woolworth's also owned the Ben Franklin 5 and 10cent stores here in the states.

in australia, we have woolworths as well, but in victoria, (where i am), we have safeway.

I remember going to the Woolworth's cafeteria and buying to hotdog's and Coke for $1.00 in trhe early 1970's in Brockton, Massachusetts.
