Egyptrixx performing live at Neumos during the Resident Advisor 'Blurring the Lines Showcase", as part of the 2011 Decibel International Music and Arts Festival.
Egyptrixx makes celestial club music; jeep music for a Saturn desert. There is an exhilarating right-but-wrong tension that all of Egyptrixx' tracks share -- a shifting balance between the melodic and dissonant, rapturous and antisocial.
Performed September 30th, 2011 at Neumos in Seattle, WA. Co-presented by Ableton, Resident Advisor, and Decibel.
