  • how do u add videos?

  • connect the device to your computer, then run the Sansa media converter software. (it's on the CD in the box).

Well then click the add media button and select the videos you want to add. Then it will automatically convert and transfer the video to your device.

    Hope that helps. =)

  • Wow. maybe you got a system failure or else. I don't know, just bring it to Sandisk to be repaired.. :) Anyway I gave this player to my cousin.

  • exactly what happened to mine! i waited a day then it went back to the screen that comes on when u start. NOW its charged for like 2 days and i turn it on, it says: "Battery low,System shut down"

if im doing anything wrong or it broke PLZ PLZ PLZ tell me.

  • oh really? well i did something stupid and i formated some things. and when ever i went to go put albums on my mp3 from windows midea player it wouldnt work. any ideas?

  • Usually "Bad Track" would appear everytime you try to play one music file but that file isn't existed in your device anymore (maybe it's been removed or deleted)

That's happened to mine either. But after I re-organize the file with playlist, the bad track doesn't appear anymore.

  • well, something happened to mine, when ever i went to go listen to music it wouldnt, let me it would say "bad Track". now i have to buy a new one.

  • you can install the Sansa Media Converter from the Sandisk Sansa CD, and use the Sansa Media Converter to import videos to this device. It's automatically converted.
