  • @sednonsatia You have to have bent knees to keep the feet flat on the floor.

  • contract your oblique muscles, they run along the sides of your waist. keep your keep your knees bent, these are also called 'weighted lifts' 'unweighted' are where you stand on one foot and lift the opposite hip

  • I have this DVD but I don't get this move. How the hell do I lock on the up if I have to keep my feet flat on the floor? :( My toes keep wanting to point like a touch step.

  • I think you should actually let folks know that the voiceover and instruction is actually from Rachel Brice's DVD. Although it is good of you to ask folks to support it you need express that what they are hearing IS from her DVD ;-)
