@brucekirk89 Well I hope that NONE of us ever have to find out how a jury would see it.

In oklahoma god sometime back. Police issued a no knock warrant. The broke the mans door down. Upon hearing the noise the man reached over and grabbed his pistol. The police break down the mans bedroom dorr. Still nothing is said by the police. Man shoots and kills one of the cops. Come to find out the police hit the wrong house. It was the next apartment they were supposed to go to. The man was charged with murdering a cop? Is that legal??

Nice job, but one question. Did the other boys and girls in school like you? Keep up the good work. Please work harder on the child molesters, They are absolutely the worst.
Im curious. If someone wasnt able to hear you announce fugitive enforcement, or you did not say it before you broke the door open.
Would the home owner be protected under a castle law if you were shot?
I sure the heck wouldnt answer the door in the middle of the night to someone pounding on the door like that.

they would not be justified by the "MAKE MY DAY" law- they are a wanted fugitive hiding from arrest and trying to avoid responsibility of their crime!

I'm not trying to argue. I'm a pro 2nd amendment person with a CCP.
I'm just trying to play it out in my head.
I know you are saying FUGITIVE ENFORCEMENT in the video, but i cant make it out audibly.
if someone was knocking on my door, and then started beating on my door, while yelling something that i couldn't make out. i would call 911 and then have my mossberg trained on the door.
again, this is me asking assuming the home owner is not the fugitive.

Your position and perspective is coming from a law abiding citizen- I would do the same as you in this situation. BUT we are talking about someone who knows they are being hunted and has looked out the window and peep hole, seen us and then went to hide hoping we would go away.

If they call 911 they go to jail with possibly more charges! The spouse has a good chance of picking up harboring charges. If they pull a gun then things escalate dramatically! However we have a job and as stupid as it sounds, we understand that risk and prepare for it every day!

Also understand that your argument about them not knowing it is us is like not seeing the pink 8000lb elephant sitting in your living room! You would see that and they know it is us........
dewitt1015 3 years ago
I understand but the problem is that your argument is not practical application in this position..........hope we never have to come to your home- if so I will email you first so you can put up your gun, lol....bb15
