We went to Monterrey, Mexico with portrait photographer Stefan Ruiz to document the "Cholombiano" street culture of sticky sideburns and stoner cumbia jams.

Yes, skip to 9:44. The problem, Vice, is that you've made two essentially unrelated documentaries--one of an eccentric photographer, and one of Cholombiano culture. Of course, the photographer tells the story, but is so much of his back story relevant to the Cholobiano story, or does it actually lessen the presentation through the lack of clear, concise editing?
