i work at radioshack, and this video couldent be more accurate. they need to wake up and start doing things right before they go out of business. change the product lineup, add a wider selection, theme, and pay rate otherwise were done. so many good employees are leaving cus of pay, and they are being replaced with shit workers. its kinda sad that they arent taking action

If you're ever in England make sure you visit maplins, it's a proper electronics store with everything you need and even better, the staff are actually properly trained and are extremely helpful!!! :D

@rick4946 its too bad that society has changed in such a way that cell phones are the most important item in the store. radio shack is the largest retailer of cell phones. no one comes in to buy parts and ham radios anymore. thats in the past. today, people want cell phones and tablets, and home phone batteries. but cell phones is where all the commission is at

I worked at Radio Shack in Louisiana back in 1990 at a mall, That was the best job I ever had. We lacked a manager and became number two in the district. The new Radio Shack really sucks. Zero on products and knowledge. One day if they survive maybe they can look back when Tandy was alive and see what really made them money. It was not cell phones or digital cameras. It was one wild store with December sales over $300K, Party every night
