...so if you have a video with copyrighted bg music, how do you get it to the right format or wtv so that youtube doesn't mute it, AND you get that video monetized?? Can you accredit the copyright holder with annotations or doesn't that really work anymore? :/ Btw, I've never actually done this but I need more info on how to start I guess lol. Thanks! :)

@VideoRoom207 Agree. My other websites (not having to do with my youtube channel at all) make much more using the Adsense search feature and ads on a website. Although I've definitely made the mistakes she says NOT to. I use my own content, but if my mp3 is playing in the background I've had to audio swap for copyright reasons...I'm not even specifically using the audio it just could quietly be in the background! Thanks so much for this video...super helpful!!! :D!

You seriously don't make a lot of money, everybody who doesn't have monetizing thinks they are going to be rich and living off of Youtube. It honestly takes like tens of thousands of views a day to make even pocket change.
