  • @TehColton it just takes time for your quads to get used to the exercise... hitting the muscle a different way is a good thing! :) I used to feel it there too... not any more!!! :)

  • could you got on a diet that makes you look more cut an RIPPED up_OILED up_JAMAICAN under the sun to give us an example of how your meal plans work.

    id suggest what i call a caveman diet: ((what u can eat below))

    tuna or grilled chicken; raw fish; quinoa; hard boiled eggs; raw vegetables and fruit; daily supplement. (*oatmeal in the morning*)

    do a lot of cardio to get that 5% to -5% and take fish oil to replace that bad fat w/ good

    THUMBSS UPP if you want scott to look cut even in the light

  • there is a way to bench press with dumbells without a bench. just use your bed, hang off the edge, if you want support for your neck, use a chair, if the chair is too short, add pillows. just thought you guys should know

  • @StevenSukovich i got an idea, how about sitting on an exercise ball with ur feet hooked under a bench ?? i havent tried it yet though :P ..give it a go and let me know !

  • @mando82jr just a suggestion, but i prop the end of my decline bench on a small plyometrics box, and it goes closer to vertical. this might not work for all benches, and make sure it's sturdy enough, of course.
