Nancy Laynes mother sat next to his corpse as it was sitting upright in the couch when they entered the apartment, Nancy said she sat next to Layne and just told her son how sorry and sad she was for him.....Heartbreaking Layne was a kind sensitive very quick witted intelligent person who through it all remained very lucid.. opiate addiction as a beast and not many who chase the dragon are ever able to return to the person they once were.."soul desertion"
