It was unreal! If you've been to the Concert on the Steps at ND, you know that the positions were reversed in Times Square -- the audience was on the steps rather than the band. Normally, the band sections on the steps chant greetings to the crowd before the concert. This time, the crowd on the steps (led by a group of band alumni) chanted, "Hi, Band!" to the band. :)
