I wanted to give you a little tour of a dark vacant fixer-upper house in South Sacramento. Honestly, sometimes it feels a bit creepy to inspect houses like this because utilities are off and every window and door is boarded up (hence the background music). Many times properties like this are located in areas where crime and gang activity is a bit more commonplace too. I've personally never had any major issues when inspecting houses like this, but I am always on my guard and ready for squatters or other things I may encounter.
As always, I had permission from my client to give a video tour like this. Please let me know if you have any questions.

@ImNotYourFriend212 That's definitely creepy. I'm sorry to hear about that. After four days, I bet the body really began to smell. Yikes.

I live in NYC. One of my downstairs neighbors died last month and was left in his apartment dead for four days. They found him, and the apartment board had his apartment cleaned out. The next day I came home and looked up at his window. It was open, but inside it was all black *lights were off* and there was black plastic bags on the window. It was creepy, even in the daytime.

@williamk2v Hey Bill. Thanks for the comment. I tend to get quite a few of these since an investor client buys them regularly and flips them. You're right. I should ask Santa for a better mask to wear. That's for sure.

Nice video, Ryan. I am just as glad that I don't usually get the really nasty homes like this. Ever consider wearing mold protection when entering these abandoned homes? Might be a good idea, mold in the lungs is a nasty illness.
