Amber had her first stroke when she was 13. This left her with aphasia. She has gone on to have eight more strokes but her communication has made a remarkable improvement. This is her video diary.
Hi Amber, I'm shocked you don't have more comments. I think your progress is remarkable, your speech is beautiful, and if I met you on the street I would have never guessed that you once had aphasia. Your parents were right to make you do those exercises, but they don't get the credit - the work was yours. It sounds like you went through so much, especially since you had to deal with this as a kid. Really, your speech is wonderful, I hope you are proud of what you have done!
