The stability ball chest press is a bench press without a bench.
If you have a good stability ball, you can bench press the around the same weight as you can on a bench.
The advantage is the extra stabilization work.
Make sure you keep your glutes squeezed and avoid arching your lower back.
For effective chest exercises, always keep your shoulders retracted (squeezed in back).
