In this video I show a working system where two LEDs light up according to how I've moved the left joystick on a Logitech Rumblepad 2. This is accomplished through a C# program polling the controller, formatting the data, sending it through bluetooth, received by a BlueSMiRF, received by my Arduino-like (not really but it kind of gives you the idea) ATtiny84 breakout board, and then sent to LEDs via PWM.

@MrMark050 There are bluetooth gamepads. Playstation 3 and the Wii use Bluetooth gamepads.
