Hi REITV,
I have been using the Harvard study for nearly 10 years when talking about goals. I live near Harvard and was there visiting a friend last Sunday so it remains fresh in my mind. I believe the date was 1953 that the study started. Everything else that you mentioned is true. Nost people who talk about goals fail at mentioning one important thing. Goals are not the first thing to write down. Dreams come first and goals are the guide post to get them.
