According Obama he hasn't. been working on the bill. At least not what we have seen. I thought the process Obama was working on would be open, televised on CSPAN and not behind closed doors.

The bills orginate in the houser of reps, not the executive branch, and senate has been working on nthere bill, not the executive branch.
