Robert Road Improvements Update

The Town is beginning the next phase of enhancements to Robert Road from Spouse Drive to Tranquil Boulevard. Bids for construction were received and the contract was awarded to Fann Contracting in the amount of $1,779,993.

These improvements will expand the road from two to four lanes, add curb/gutter/sidewalk, street lights and storm drain. Construction is underway and is scheduled to last approximately six months.

Please take caution and plan for delays when traveling through this area during the construction period. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we move forward in the improvement of Robert Road.
