"Tomb Raider: The Wheels of Kathar " Medusa glitch?

I'm not sure if this was a glitch, an auther intension or what... o.O

When I ran towards her there was no sound except for Lara's grunts and the stone hitting the ground. But when I JUMPED towards her she started to do a maniacle laugh (obviously it came from Little Mermaid).
