While backstage at our gig near Pittsburgh PA., I found an old Player Piano in the dressing room. It was, without a doubt, the most out of tune piano I have EVER played! Enjoy this collection of ELP, Genesis, Yes and Randy Newman songs (via Family Guy) on this bafflingly bad instrument~!!

  • Hey guys. Fun video. I wonder if you would tell me where this piano is located. You'll think I'm crazy but I would like to buy it! Get back to me when you have time. John edisonta@yahoo.com or phone # (814) 254-4256

  • @NelsonWiggen8 Hi John. I'm having trouble finding out where that gig was. I never know where I am!! I get the emails before we fly out and then half the time I don't even know the city I'm playing in! It wasn't in Pittsburgh.. it was on the outskirts. I'll try to find out for you. That piano was it's own universe!!

  • @ThePaperFalcon Hi there... a little bit late on my reply!~

You are right about Tubular Bells (The Exorcist), but the thing I played just before it was just me improvising a typical Elton John rocker, a-la Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting!! I'm going back to this place tomorrow and I'm hoping the piano has either been set on fire, fixed or WORSE!!

  • @6DeepGlyder9 the exorcist theme song. now someone tell me what the song before that is LOL?!

  • @022877 YES!!!!!!!!!

  • nice vid whats the song at 2:47??

  • that is one pitiful sounding piano! it's hilarious though, it'll make even the best piano player sound like they're playing garbage! hahaha. i love it! for some reason, it looks really fun to play anyway!

  • @hyperboreal Yes it was the Sherif. I never learned how to play Jeremy Bender. All that old-timey stuff is amazing and really, really hard to play!

  • Wait, no, that was "The Serif", right? I always confuse those tunes.

  • Ah, it's always a treat listening to classics such as "Jeremy Bended" or "The Clang".
