This is part 1 of a throwing program designed to increase arm strength. This long toss routine is progressive and each session is meant to build on the last.   • C'mon now guys your warmin up like kids on the first day of walk-on tryouts tryin to impress coach then become best friends with the trainer cuz you cant lift your arm. get some arc then throw on a line when your bringin it in

  • i thought long toss was trying to build arm strength with arc not to show of your arm

  • minus the push ups, then a correct long toss n ur good.

  • The point of long toss is to stretch your arm out, throwing on a line everytime is doing nothing for you, throw with an arc and move back 200ft plus, and then pull down and throw on a line; you will be surprised how much stronger your arm will get.
