It most likely has salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide in it, which is very commonly used to treat acne. Products like clean and clear, proctive, and Clinique all contain salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide as their active ingredients. Your sister either isn't using it properly, frequently enough, or has bad acne, and should probably see a dermatologist. Know the facts before you judge a product. ALSO: you're about 9, what do you know about acne?
