Just got mine today.... Plays VERY nice (straight out of box!), sounds great, the finishing is flawless and the whole instrument feels just great! Ok it doesn't play quite as nicely as my SA2200 but on the other hand it's less than half the price. Thumbs up!

What effects is Soren using? I've seen him use the TC Electronics Nova System on other videos, is that what he's using here? I love the delays on this video

Yes it would be the delay from the Nova System, and a bit of Nova drive too...staright into a 60's Marshall JTM45 head.

Thery are great for staying in tune. Graphtech hardtail bridge,Graphtech nut and Grover locking tuners....very stable.

Thanks guys for all your great comments. I have the Pac611 and 510V at home and i can't put them down either! :) As with you, I have a Strat, Tele, Les Paul, Korina V too...they are all great guitars in their own right but these new 'Yamaha Guitar Development' Pacifica's are amazing for covering all bases...and at under £500 they are an essential addition to a pro, semi pro and amateur players arsenal. yamaha just became part of the guitar market imo , these are awesome and now i wouldnt hesitate buying one

Thanks for your great comments Teezer123, just to let you know they are starting to be in stores this month....check out the Trans Black and Trans Purple ones too....very cool.
