This is no more inhumane than killing pig, goat, cows, fish, duck, deer, chickens list goes on.....We just don't see them getting slaughters by hundreds on a daily basis and they prep it in the food market so that it is unrecognizable that way we dont think oh poor animal. We are the top of the food chain we are suppose to eat what our environment gives us to survive. What this is, is the best eats you can get, you see what your getting and its fresh! The real way it should be, blind people.

@ChinTubeHD, Yeah, I took a cooking class in Nha Trang which started with a Market tour to buy our ingredients.
After watching the poor frogs at the market though, I didn't really want it anymore!!! But it was too late to un-order the frogs. I think watching your food being killed makes you want to waste less.
The dish was really yummy and fresh - caramelized frog in a claypot...
