  • Learning selling techniques from Claude Diamond is like learning martial-arts from Bruce Lee himself (if he was alive). They are both legends in their own rights.

    Bruce lee = Martial Arts Legend

    Claude Diamond = Lease purchase, selling, success legend.

  • Claude, is there a "sweet spot" or time frame you'd suggest when getting back to prospects? (ie: 3-5 days) I'd imagine getting back to them too soon (acting hungry) or waiting too long (stale lead) could have a drastic affect on your closing ratio. Or is it the "old 25/75 rule" regardless?

  • Claude, Did you formerly go by the name, "Andrew Dice Clay" or "The Dice Man"? I'm probably not going to buy your system but I love your style! LOL!
