(PART 1) Actually the decibel reading for the game at the San Siro was an average of 114. There were 4k PAO fans there & they were the only ones chanting. The video you provided of PAO fans was from a mobile phone, it wasn't as clear as the vid-cam that I provided. 114 decibels from 4k fans when the world record reading is 132 decibels in a staidum of 50k is unbelievable.
