I watched your video, "Atheist turned Christian". I explained to you in private message and in comments about my rationale for suggesting that Optimistic17 get a medical evaluation.

Are you so intent on promoting your faith that you would risk the health of a young woman? What is the harm in just having her evaluated?

You suggest that I want to label her as crazy to discount her belief. HAVE HER SEE A CHRISTIAN DOCTOR!

I cannot diagnose, I'm not a doctor. I only saw Abigail's behavior via video and only for 9 minutes. It is impossible to tell what is going on in that short of time frame. However, in those short few minutes, she displayed a number of symptoms associated with a Bipolar manic stage.

If there is ANY chance that her health is at risk, why would you suggest that she not be evaluated?!?

I don't want to overstep my license. I've said my peace and suggested that Optimistic17 be evaluated. It's up to her and her parents. If I misread her actions and behavior, I humbly apologize and wish her the best.

From reading the comments from christians and atheists, it looks like both have a pretty polarized view. I wish some non-atheist health professionals would chime in. I know I have a natural bias because I'm an atheist and although I don't think I've let it influence me here, I think it would be beneficial to get a second opinion. I feel awkward suggesting these other possibilities from only watching a 9 minute video.

Wow. I just watched the video that this was a response to, and let me say, I think it shaved a few years off of my life. Could sablechicken possibly be more smug? She brings up bipolar disorder obviously without knowing at all what it is, what the symptoms are, or why it's a reasonable assumption. I am bipolar. I've experienced what you just described. And you are justified in the assumption.

yes there are fake ministers out there,false prophets,that doesnt mean all of them are fake ,for example just because there one bad apple doesnt mean all apples are bad.you not believing there is a God doesnty make God exist any less.
